Who we are
Lucid Labs is operated by Irma Mulyana, based in Jakarta, Indonesia ("Lucid Labs", "I", "me"). You can reach me at hello@lucid-labs.studio. By using lucid-labs.studio or buying a service, you agree to these terms.
Using this site
You're welcome to read, share and link to the content on this site. Please don't copy or republish it as your own, or use the site in a way that harms it or other people.
Services
Blind Spot Snapshot ($150). A written, asynchronous review of your product next to up to three competitors. It includes where your product blends in, your blind spot, one positioning line and three message angles to test. It does not include calls, design, copywriting beyond what's listed, or carrying out the recommendations.
Other services (Positioning Sprint, agency work, Blind Spot Audit and Advisory) are scoped and agreed in writing before work starts. Where that written agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Ordering and delivery
After you buy a Snapshot, you complete a short intake form at checkout. I deliver the Snapshot by email within 3 business days of receiving your completed intake. Business days are Monday to Friday, Jakarta time, excluding Indonesian public holidays. If I need to clarify something, I'll email you, and the 3 days pause until you reply.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars and are paid in full at checkout through the payment options shown, which include PayPal. Payment providers handle your card or account details; I don't see or store them.
Refunds
All sales are final once purchased. The one exception: if I'm unable to deliver your Snapshot, I'll refund you in full.
Your materials and confidentiality
Anything you share with me (product details, plans, unreleased information, competitor notes) is kept confidential and used only to deliver your service. I won't publish your Snapshot or name you as a client without your permission. I may draw on general, anonymised patterns from my work in my writing, in a way that can't identify you or your product.
Who owns what
Once paid for, your Snapshot or other deliverable is yours to use for your business. I keep ownership of my methods, frameworks (including Blind Spot), templates and general know-how, and may keep using them in other work. The content of this site, including Field Notes and the Lucid Experiments, belongs to Lucid Labs.
Advice, not guarantees
My work is strategic advice based on my experience and judgement. It isn't legal, financial or tax advice, and I can't guarantee specific business results. How you use the recommendations, and the decisions you make, are yours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
Changes
I may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published on the date you bought it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
