What I collect
Enquiry form: your name, email, product or company link, what you're interested in, and what you tell me about your product.
Snapshot purchase: your name, email and billing details (handled by the checkout and payment provider), plus your intake answers: product link, audience, competitors and anything you share about your product.
Emails you send me.
Site usage: basic, aggregated information such as pages visited, collected through Squarespace's analytics and cookies.
How I use it
To reply to your enquiry and deliver the service you bought.
To keep order and accounting records.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.
I don't sell your personal information, and I don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.
Services that process your data
Squarespace: hosts this site and processes forms, orders and analytics.
PayPal: processes payments.
Email: my email provider stores the messages we exchange.
These providers may store data outside Indonesia, including in the United States, under their own privacy policies. Links to other sites (such as my Substack or Gumroad) are covered by those sites' own policies.
Cookies
Squarespace uses cookies that are needed for the site and checkout to work, and analytics cookies to understand visits. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
How long I keep it
Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact. Client and order records: as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations. After that, I delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how I use it, by emailing hello@lucid-labs.studio. I'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
I may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
